What to expect from us when registering for a trial or signing up
Welcome!
We're excited to have you onboard and ready to start transforming your data into valuable insights with our production-ready platform. Here's what you can expect during the onboarding process:
Step 1: Invitation to a Private Slack Channel
Once you've completed the registration form, we'll invite you to a private Slack channel. This channel will be your primary point of contact with our team during the onboarding process. You can use the channel to ask questions, share your feedback, and receive updates about the progress of your setup. This channel can also be used for on-going dialogue and support following deployment.
Step 2: Provision of Information for Software Setup
In the private Slack channel, we'll provide you with all the information you need to set up our software either in the cloud or on-premise. Our platform is deployed via docker containers, which are lightweight and easy to use. If you're unfamiliar with docker containers, don't worry – our team will provide you with clear explanations and instructions to make the setup process as smooth as possible.
Cloud Setup
If you choose to set up our software in the cloud, we'll provide you with the necessary information to deploy the docker containers in a cloud environment such as AWS. We'll provide you with clear instructions on how to set up the environment, deploy the containers, and configure the necessary settings.
On-Premise Setup
If you prefer to set up our software on-premise, we'll provide you with a docker-compose file that you can use to spin up the necessary containers on your own infrastructure. We'll also provide you with clear instructions on how to configure the containers and integrate them with your existing systems.
